Recently, a complete set of HZS50 concrete batching plant manufactured by Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery was sent to Chenji Town, Dingtao District, Heze City, Shandong Province. It has been installed and will start production immediately. This is a small-scale batching plant that produces 50-square-metre concrete per hour. It is learned that the customer purchased this equipment to establish a small-scale commercial batching plant in the local area and supply commodity concrete for the development and construction of the surrounding area to obtain profits.
This set of HZS50 concrete batching plant uses JS1000 concrete mixer, PLD1600 four-bin batching machine, three cement silos and supporting screw conveyors, as well as an independent control room and automatic control system. Jianxin Machinery provides a complete solution from equipment production to site planning to installation and commissioning. The engineer of Jianxin will create site planning and equipment installation drawings for users in the early stage. After the order production is completed and sent to the user site, Jianxin will send out the installation engineer to attend the installation and debug the equipment.
