The following five steps are essential.
1. For the appearance inspection of the forced type concrete mixer, the surface of the paint is smooth, no more than 3 marks are allowed in one square, no color difference, the weld is required to be flat, and there are no welding defects such as undercut, sheet welding and slag.
2, The forced type concrere mixer wire rope shall not have rust, broken wire, flattened and other scrapping conditions. The safety hook on the body and hopper should be in good condition. When the hopper is raised, the safety hook should be hung.
3, The concrete mixer platform must be flat on the same plane, the lower legs must have same length, to ensure that the contact surface is consistent when the foundation is made, and to ensure on the same plane.
5. The control box of the forced type concrete mixer should be set to “one machine, one switch, one hopper, one box”. The leakage protector meter is 30MA*0.1S, the motor insulation resistance value should be bigger than 0.5MΩ; the protection zero line is not less than two points, the console instrument and signals indicator are accurate and reliable. The transmission mechanism, working device, clutch and brake should be fastened, flexible and reliable, and the protective cover is complete.
6. The concrete mixer needs to be energized to test the machine to ensure that the big shaft of the mixer is turned correctly, the upper and lower sides of the hopper are normal and smooth, and the opening and closing of the discharge door is easy and so on.
