The weighing process is fast and efficient.Different types of materials should choose corresponding weighing equipment.  According to the general shape of the material, the weighing system of Zhengzhou Jianxin Machinery concrete batching plant is divided into three types: aggregate weighing, powder weighing and liquid weighing.

The first is aggregates weighing. The main weighing material is gravel aggregate. A weighing hopper is placed under the aggregate hopper and a high-precision sensor is installed. Under the coordination of the control system, the aggregate hopper discharges material to the weighing hopper. The discharge door closes automatically when the required weight is reached. The aggregate in the weighing hopper is sent to the main concrete mixer for agitation through the belt conveyor.
And then the powder weighing. Weighing cement, mineral powder, fly ash and other materials. Using the cumulative weighing method, cements are added one by one to the same hopper for superimposed weighing. The proportioning is accurate and the weighing accuracy is high. At the same time, the structure is relatively simple and the cost is low.
Finally, the liquid weighing. The main material is water. The water scale uses the pressure of the water pump to unload the water, which can reduce the unloading time and flush the tank at the same time.
